ICQ Level 4 Award in IQA

What will you learn:

You will understand the context and principles of the assessment and quality assurance process. You will be able to plan effective and reliable IQA activities, learn the roles of practitioners & regulations, choose from a range of methods, understand the legal issues, policies and procedures and be able to provide feedback and develop the skills of an assessment team.

The theoretical part of the course will be studied online and the assessment activities may include sampling, observations, and standardisation meetings. Upon completion of the course, you will be fully qualified to control the decisions of assessors and hence improve standards within an organisation.

Assessment
